About Community and Environment Services Office

Community service and the environment is one of the most important goals for higher education institutions and therefore has been included as one of the strategic objectives of many laws and regulations governing universities and the like. The administration of the Faculty of Science sensed the importance of establishing an office concerned with community service and the environment, as His Excellency Prof. Dr. Dean of the Faculty of Science issued Resolution No. 37 of 2021 AD to assign a director of the Office of Community Service and Environmental Affairs as of 18/11/2021 AD. Despite the absence of the office in the structure of universities, its effective role in framing community and environmental work prompted the college to continue the role of the office, especially as it is an important pillar in the institutional and programmatic accreditation of the departments of the College of Science.
